Our History
ZRS Ministries was founded in 2022 by Josh and Ginger Allen who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping individuals suffering from homelessness and addiction related issues. With the leadership and wisdom that can only comes from God, we are growing everyday into a vibrant nonprofit, serving individuals throughout the region.
Our Mission
At ZRS Ministries, our mission is to help those experiencing issues associated with incarceration, homelessness and addiction in our community. Our goals are to equip individuals with the tools necessary to be successful spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs to help our clients get back on their feet. From Faith based sober living to on the job training, we provide the resources and support necessary to help individuals achieve their goals.

We are proud to partner with a variety of local organizations to provide the best possible support to our clients. From local charities to businesses, our partners help us extend our reach and impact in the community.
OUR STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS
Tony & Ann Morton
Tony and Ann Morton have been with our ministry from the very beginning. They accepted the position of house mom and dad from day one. Tony now also oversees our construction business.
